I made a bubble brush!
Here's my result from making a bubble brush. It's not exactly the same as the result shown on the tutorial page. I didn't try to make it exactly the same. The cool part is that, if you have a pen and tablet, the bubbles automatically trail off into the distance. You can also make single bubbles with a single click, the pressure dictating how big the bubble becomes.
If you decide to follow this tutorial there is one step that was left out. When you do the gradient overlay adjustment layer, you have to tweak the gradient by dragging the center of the blend to the upper left side of the circle. You do this by dragging the cursor around until it looks like the example. I didn't know this and had to look it up in the Photoshop help.
Anyway, I got some fun bubbles out of it and four new brushes. Yay! Remember to save your brush, even after you "define new brush" otherwise you'll have to readjust it every time you use it.
